Jacinda Mack (left), Layla Wycotte, Tamara Kelly and Chris Wycotte were thrilled to join the Rivershed Society of BC’s 2016 Sustainable Living Leadership Program group as day trippers on their raft ride down the Fraser River from their Soda Creek camp to their Williams Lake camp Monday.

Arriving at the Williams Lake camp the group was driven in to Williams Lake where they explored the Williams Lake River Valley, visited the Potato House and then were treated to dinner at the Scout Island Nature Centre.

Three people from Williams Lake are participating in the 25-day learning adventure down the Fraser River that included activities and a salmon barbecue at Xat’sull Village on Sunday.
