Police are investigating an armed robbery after a man with a red T-shirt wrapped around his face attempted to rob the Comer Station Cold Beer and Wine Store.

The suspect was wearing a grey T-shirt, jeans and black sneakers.

Police said the man also appears to be First Nations with short, cropped hair.

The red T-shirt wrapped around his face was used to conceal his identity.

The Williams Lake RCMP is asking anyone who may have information regarding the incident or any other crime to contact them at 250-392-6211 or at Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Crime Stoppers also subscribes to web tips at www.bccrimestoppers.com.
