CRD confirms representation at mine disaster meeting in Likely today

The Cariboo Regional District confirmed at noon today that there will be representatives from the Cariboo Regional District, Ministry of Transportation and Infrustructure, Ministry of Environment, Interior Health and Mount Polley Mine represented at a community meeting in Likely today.

The community meeting is scheduled for 4 p.m. in the Likely Community Hall to discuss the impact of the Mount Polley Mine tailings pond breach that took place at the mine yesterday morning..
