Stolen car found burnt and destroyed on Bond Lake Road

The RCMP and Williams Lake fire department responded to a vehicle fire on Bond Lake Road Friday, July 18.

At 7:12 a.m. the RCMP received a report of a stolen 1991 green Honda Civic, taken sometime overnight from a residence in the 700 block of Eleventh Avenue North.

Two and half hours later at 9:49 a.m. it was located on the Bond Lake road.

It had been set on fire and was completely destroyed.

The RCMP are requesting anyone with information on this matter to call the detachment at 250-392-6211 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222 8477.
