New ice technology for arenas

Up to $40,000 will be spent to install REALice technology at the Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex. REALice would allow the complex to use cold water on the arenas’ ice surfaces, rather than hot water.

The funds were authorized by the Cariboo Regional District directors during their regular board meeting, Friday, July 11.
