A newborn lamb will be the feature attraction at the Spring to Life Messy Church event coming up at St. Peter’s Anglican Church at 549 Carson Drive, Friday, May 5.
Participants will also plant seeds in the Memorial Garden, meet a real pony, take home a pet rock, and learn a catchy new song, says event organizer Jennifer Johnston.

Messy Church runs from 5 p.m. to about 7 p.m. A typical evening includes snacks, crafts and activities for all ages and interests, plus a Bible story with music and/or drama and prayer.
The meal is provided at 6:20 p.m.
Johnston asks people to give her a call if they are bringing a large group so they can prepare enough food and craft materials.
