Marie Sharpe Elementary School teacher Jennifer Hansen's Grade 3/4 class went on a field trip to Scout Island Nature Centre on Earth Day, April 22.

They learned about local creatures and their habitats, did some sleuthing as bone detectives, among other activities led by Paula Laita from the centre.
