Star gazing Saturday

Local astronomers will guide an evening of star gazing for all levels on Saturday, Jan. 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Scout Island Nature Centre.

Bring your telescope if you have one, if not a pair of binoculars can show an amazing amount of detail.

Dress warmly for laying in the snow (or on the ground) with gloves, mittens, hat and no headlamps or flashlights please to protect our night vision. This event is weather dependant, if very cold or overcast the event will be moved indoors.
