Trenisa Durfeld grew up in Williams Lake and has been the owner/operator of Spa Bella for the past 14 years.

After high school Trenisa trained as a dental assistant and worked in that field for a number of years while her children were little.

Then she decided she needed a change and something that would give her an opportunity to work with people in her own way.

“I wanted to do more hands on work in caring for people,” Trenisa says. “I like the interaction with people and it is rewarding helping people to look good and feel better.”

So in 2003 she registered at the Kamloops School of Esthetics and for the next seven months commuted to Kamloops for training.

“My husband was very supportive,” Trenisa says. “I would drive down to Kamloops early Monday morning and come back home on Friday afternoons.”A few years ago when her sister developed breast cancer Trenisa began using and selling Eminence Organic Skin Care products that have been produced since 1958.

This summer, while she and her husband are on their 25th wedding anniversary trip to in Europe Trenisa says they plan to visit the farm in Hungary where the plants used in the products are grown.
